Examples of Aims:
Professional Development Objectives focus on the employee's career progress. Examples include: on-the-job training, self-study programs (i. e., books or web-affiliated training) or external possibilities such as choosing job-related courses, serving upon committees, regular membership in specialist organizations, etc .
Performance Goals are intended to help employees increase personal aspects of their performance or behavior/conduct. Examples of process oriented Performance objectives will be improving laptop proficiency, period management or writing abilities. Or the staff can concentrate on correcting behavioral problems that in a negative way impact group morale, task performance or perhaps job satisfaction.
