How organizational leaders perform themselves as well as the values they set forth because of their subordinates to also follow are essential. Values under gird the inspiration of all existence and help establish who we could and whose we are. The decision to adhere to moral, ethical, or Christian values manuals us to the success that is destined in living by simply them.
